kids in a clay art activityAt Discovery Port Kids Academy, we are happy to offer a Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program (VPK) for 4 and 5 year-olds within the community. If you are unsure of what this program can bring for you and your child, please take note of the following benefits:

  • A child’s ability to be attentive and to follow directions develops in their early years. With our VPK program, we can help foster this as early as possible.
  • VPK prepares children for school and higher education.
  • VPK encourages the love of learning in children. We make sure to incorporate play into our lessons, making it more fun and enjoyable for your child.
  • VPK provides your child with early skills like: writing, language, math, and social skills.
